We offer therapeutic support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, social isolation or other mental health challenges. Sessions are tailored to each participant’s needs and capacity, fostering emotional resilience, improved communication, and daily functioning.
Counselling can help with:
Emotional regulation and coping strategies
Building self-confidence and independence
Navigating relationships and social skills
Trauma-informed care and mental health support
Managing stress, grief, or life transitions
Our functional assessments provide a detailed picture of a participant’s psychosocial functioning in everyday life. These assessments are commonly used to support access requests, plan reviews, or requests for additional NDIS funding.
Assessments include:
Evaluation of emotional, cognitive, and behavioural functioning
Practical insight into daily living skills and support needs
Clear, goal-oriented recommendations aligned with NDIS outcomes
Comprehensive reports for NDIS planners, support coordinators, and allied professionals
We work with self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants of all ages. We also collaborate closely with support coordinators, families, and other service providers to ensure a cohesive, person-centred approach.
